It was accidental – I was covering sickness as a temp and I realised I was good at it and it went from there.
What qualifications and work experience did you need to reach your current position? I have had experience on the job. I do not have qualifications but experience.

Are there any obstacles you had to overcome in your career? Being a female in the rail industry is challenging and I feel I have to try harder to be accepted, especially when I first started.
Why do you think it is important to have strong female representation in your industry? To lead the way, I believe having strong female representation is beneficial to the company, not only other women within the company.
Walking together with strong women is empowering.
