Prefect Profile - Tash, Nightingale 2
Name: Tash
Role: Senior Prefect
Subjects Studied: French, English, Spanish, Biology.
Favourite Book: It’s impossible to narrow it down to just one – it changes every time I read a new book! But I think the Hunger Games series will always be one I choose to re-read.
Favourite Film: Definitely ‘The Conjuring’ – there’s nothing better than being scared when watching a film!
Hobbies: Reading, listening to music whenever I possibly can, but mainly sports – especially tennis!
Favourite Food: Caesar Salad
Favourite Holiday destination: Lanzarote – especially Playa Blanca as it’s so pretty!
What is the most challenging thing you have achieved so far? Within school, definitely Hustings. Outside of school though, probably winning a 3-hour tennis finals match, having driven straight from Heathrow to the match after a 16-hour flight!
Why did you want to become a Prefect? Invicta, and the staff here have given me so much support since Year 7. I want to give back to the community and help other students in some of the ways I’ve been encouraged.
What are your plans when you leave Invicta? I hope to go to university to study Liberal Arts (French, Spanish, and English) and then do a law conversion course - hopefully ending up somewhere in the medical law field and using my language skills!
And, finally, what special memories do you have of your time, so far, at Invicta? So many! Among the best would be Silver DofE, CUIMUN, and of course prom!
