Year 8 Horrible Histories Trip

On Friday, 30 September the History Department took 180 Year 8 students to the Hazlitt Theatre to see a live show of ‘Horrible Histories - Terrible Tudors’. With just two incredibly skilled performers, and an awful lot of rapid costume changes, they took us through a hilarious hour and twenty minutes of Tudor history covering everything from royal births, marriages and deaths, torture, punishments, plots and murder.

They got some amazing audience participation and also threw in the funniest mash-up song of Will.i.am Shakespeare and the Black-Eyed Peas you will ever hear.
