IT Administration Assistant
We would like to appoint an IT Administration Assistant to join our current team working within the IT Department.
The school’s IT Administration Assistant provides essential administrative and operational support to the IT department with the school. This role assists with documentation, inventory management, scheduling, helpdesk co-ordination and general IT-related tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient support for staff and students. This role ensures efficient operation within the IT department and acts as a liaison between IT staff and other departments.
The successful candidate will need to be organised, methodical and proactive, can work independently and as part of a team. The ability to act upon your own initiative plus have the working knowledge of Microsoft packages (Word and Excel, in particular), is also essential.
