A-Level Results Day 2024
Invicta is thrilled with the outstanding A level results this year. Our students have once again worked incredibly hard to achieve results that they should all be very proud of.
Van Beales, Headteacher, commented: “I am so proud and incredibly excited about the wonderful futures for our students, given the outstanding examination results that they have achieved this year. Our mission is to enable our students with the opportunity to flourish and have the best possible life choices as they continue on their educational journey. These results are a testament to the hard work of our fine young people who strive to be the best that they can be. It is also a credit to the dedicated teachers who inspired and supported them. The invaluable support of our terrific parents has been crucial in our students’ success. I look forward to celebrating our students’ success with all Year 13 students and their families today.”
Our students rose to the occasion and applied themselves fully to their studies, alongside taking up leadership positions within the school, leading extra and super-curricular opportunities and contributing to our school’s charitable work, raising nearly £30,000 for our chosen charities over the last academic year alone.
Over a third of all grades were A and A* as Invicta students scored 200 A/A* grades out of the total 570 examination entries. 70% of all grades are A*, A or B, bucking the national trend of students achieving fewer top grades. Our students continuously astound us with their passion and flair in their work, with exceptional successes across the Arts, Languages, Humanities and STEM subjects.
