Invicta is immensely proud of all our students and their diverse pathways beyond secondary education. Our commitment to nurturing individual talents and aspirations is reflected in the varied destinations our students embark upon post-18. Whether pursuing higher education, apprenticeship programs, further education opportunities, or entering the workforce directly, our students are well-equipped for success. At Invicta, we celebrate each student's unique journey, supporting them in realising their full potential and shaping their futures.

At the end of Key Stage 4
- 100% of students chose to continue in full time education.
Of the students moving on to university, recent data reflects that: 
- 33% of our students progressed on to Top 25 Universities
- 50% of our students progressed on to Top 50 Universities
- 40% of our students progressed on to Russell Group Universities including Oxford and Cambridge
- 5% of our students progressed on to World Class Universities
- 78% Moved onto University
- 10% Chose to take a Gap Year
- 1% Moved onto Further Education
- 11% Secured Employment, including Degree Apprenticeships
- 11 Students went on to study Medicine, two of whom gained places at Oxford
