Year 9 Reward Trip - Chessington

On Tuesday 20 June, Year 9 had the exciting reward of going to Chessington for the day. 

After a blustery and wet start in the morning with some singing on the coach to raise everyone’s spirits; the rain disappeared and the sun came out, just as the coaches arrived at the park. Students then explored the park, seeking thrills, adventure, and the ice-cream stalls.  

Even the teachers enjoyed the day and tried to be adventurous, with Mrs Wheeler being cheered on by Year 9 students, as she rode the Vampire!  

Our students behaved exceptionally well on the trip, with even the coach drivers informing us of how impressed they were.

We are very proud of Year 9 and hoped they enjoyed making new memories with their peers on this trip.
