Invicta Staff Commit to a Run Challenge for Charity!

On Sunday, 12 March 2023 a team of Invicta staff will be running the Lydd Half Marathon raising money for the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity. The charity is very dear to our hearts following the support the Royal Marsden has provided many of our students and their families, both past and present.  

We are also completing this challenge and raising money in memory of one of our former students, Amanda Slann, who sadly lost her battle against leukaemia just over ten years ago when she was in Year 12.  

Amanda and her family were supported admirably by the charity when she was seriously ill and we forged strong links with the Royal Marsden at the time as they were also a great support to the school.  

For those of us who were lucky enough to work with Amanda, our memories of her mean a lot and always will.  

We hope to raise an amazing amount for the Royal Marsden so they can continue such important work. If you are happy to donate please visit our Just Giving page.
